Shoots were cultured on Quoirin and Lepoivre (QL) medium supplemented with various concentrations of IAA and IBA and 3% sucrose. All experiments were conducted in five replications. The values represent the mean ±SD. Means with the same letter within columns are not significantly different according to Duncan’s multiple-range test (P ≤ 0.05).
