Fig. 2. Effects of ginseng berry-derived peptides and sequence-modified peptides on H2O2-induced ROS production in human HaCaT keratinocytes. The cells were pre-treated with or without peptides (100 μg/mL) for 3 h, after which they were induced with or without H2O2 (500 μM). After 3 h, the cells were harvested for ROS detection. ROS production was then measured as DCFH-DA-positive cell percentages. Similar results were obtained from three additional experiments. ###p < 0.001 compared to the cells without H2O2 treatment; **p < 0.01 and ***p < 0.001 compared to the cells treated with H2O2 alone
